Der Bau des "Goodman Kangqiao Logistic Center" ist abgeschlossen
Macquarie Goodman (Shanghai) Warehouse Co., Ltd. project is located in German Industrial Park Kangqiao Industrial Zone Pudong Shanghai. It consists of office area and warehouse area, with a total land area of 91,000 sqm and a building area of 58,000 sqm.
The building is single- storey light steel structure. The net height of some part of the warehouse reaches 12.5 m, and the loading capacity is 6 ton/sqm. The warehouse has about fifty 1.3 meter dock levelers.
Goodman Group, one of the largest industrial estate group, develops and owns the building, and it was completed on September 15, 2007. As its main client, DHL will use this project as its main distribution center in East China.
